Well, that was strange. We tried updating something to the Audio Management part of the system and the Wall crashed on us when we tried to confirm a game. Whole system shutdown.

Went by Gahreesen last night to try to cheat a Maintainer Suit out of the wall Machine before I worked on some particularly thorny areas in Naybree, and noticed some more of the same odd issues with the audio system. I'm sure there's another voice being played over the new narration lines. We oughta investigate that, Haz. It might be some old subsystems fighting with with our revamped code. Couldn't get a suit out of the closed loop system though. Not sure if that's your fixes or the system going bonkers, though.

I did some sleuthing this morning, trying to chase down some of the power surges and found atleast one source: the KI machine on the upper floor was intermittently trying to connect with the Lattice system, it looked like. Trying and failing. Saw some sparks pouring out of the KI slot area every time it ran into some kind of error.

...Naturally, I put in one of my 'disposable' testing networked KIs to see what would happen.The KI Machine nearly shortcircuited the poor KI! Gave me a bit of a shock, too. I've temporarily disconnected it from the power grid for the time being while we continue figuring out whatevers going on with the Wall.

No sense leaving that kind of health and safety hazard online for folks to trip over.

Given some late night testing last night, I think we're nearly ready for the Wall to get a major testing push.
